TrueSkies was leaving premium bookings on the table. Inbound interest was strong, but the path from inquiry to confirmed booking was manual, scattered across inboxes, and slow enough that high-intent buyers cooled off.
What we built
We entered through the booking bottleneck, then built the system behind it:
- Lead capture and routing that scored inquiries by aircraft type, urgency, and route value before any human touched them.
- Follow-up automation that kept warm leads engaged 24/7 without losing the white-glove tone the brand needed.
- A single source of truth in the CRM so the ops team stopped chasing context across tools.
The outcome
The system shipped, the team adopted it, and the pipeline numbers followed. We now run the engine alongside the in-house team — the work didn’t stop at launch.
