What you’ll do
- Lead engineering on client engagements that turn business bottlenecks into shipped systems.
- Design and build internal tools, portals, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Work directly with founders and operators - you’ll see the impact of what you ship.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years building production web apps end to end.
- Comfortable owning a feature from spec through deploy.
- Bias for shipping over scoping.
- Bonus: experience with Astro, content collections, or AI-tooling integrations.
