We just shipped a unified content architecture across flowleads.dev and flowleads.kz. Both sites now load from shared schemas in packages/flowleads/, with per-locale content folders inside each site.
The result: editing a service description, adding a case study tag, or shipping a new blog post requires touching one place. Schema drift between the English and Russian sites is no longer possible.
