Problem

Accounting needed a confidential deployment, holding-wide consolidation and reliable answers on Kazakhstan regulations that could be checked against the source.

We prototyped a regulatory knowledge service and a local personal agent with separate work and personal profiles, plus workflow tools for meetings and photo analysis.

Working data stays on the accountant's device while answers point to specific regulatory acts instead of relying on model memory.

The challenge

Data confidentiality called for an on-premise setup rather than a default cloud model. The holding also needed accounting consolidation and deadline reminders, while answers to Kazakhstan legal questions had to be grounded in current regulations instead of requiring manual double-checking.

What we built

  • Regulatory knowledge service. A prototype focuses on one area of Kazakhstan law: loans outside banking and microcredit organisations. Answers link to specific regulatory acts so they can be verified at the source.
  • Local personal agent. The agent runs directly on the work device using its own access key and chosen model. Its memory includes relevant working sources, including tax topics; personal and work profiles remain isolated. It can also be reached from a phone through a messenger.
  • Supporting tools. The agent turns a video into an accurate meeting summary with links to moments in the recording. A separate organiser analyses photos and suggests storage zones from room parameters.

The outcome

Accounting gained a private working environment, traceable regulatory answers and practical automations for meetings and operational tasks. Production metrics will follow the rollout.
