Executive support: candidate screening and CEO-office workflows

Automated applicant review, a simple event-idea site and a personal assistant moved recurring executive-support work into clear, usable tools.

From constraint to outcome

What was blocked, what changed, and what the client gained.

01

Problem

The CEO office needed a consolidated view of the holding, but recruiting and internal-event planning still depended on manual review and scattered chat threads.

02

System

We connected applicant screening to the recruiting service, built an event-idea site and configured a dedicated assistant for CEO-office tasks.

03

Outcome

Candidates, ideas, minutes, reports and drafts now start in focused workflows instead of being assembled from scratch.

The challenge

The CEO’s office needed a single system for holding information. Reviewing every résumé for open roles was time-consuming, and there was no simple way to collect and shortlist ideas for internal events.

What we built

  • Automated applicant screening. The tool connects to a recruiting service through employer authorisation and pulls applications for a chosen role. It scores each résumé from 0 to 100, explains matches, missing skills and risks, accepts custom criteria, sorts by relevance and exports CSV.
  • Event idea collection. A lightweight site lets colleagues submit and vote on internal event ideas, with topics, speaker cards and a submission form. It can be shared as an archive without a server or technical setup.
  • Personal AI assistant. An isolated messenger assistant handles meeting minutes, report structures, event checklists, trip preparation and email drafts. It can create and fill pages in the corporate knowledge base, work with spreadsheets and return a finished link in chat.

The outcome

Executive support has a focused set of tools for screening, planning and everyday CEO-office work, with an assistant configured around the role rather than generic prompts.
