The challenge

Land and property purchase-and-sale deals needed more reliable follow-through. Permits and expert opinions were reviewed document by document, and there was no automatic morning briefing covering exchange rates, news and the construction market.

What we built

  • Document-review scenarios. Ready workflows cover architectural design assignments, technical specifications, land documents, construction and installation documentation, expert opinions, permit packages and official correspondence.
  • Recurring automations. A morning digest delivers exchange rates and key news, while a second workflow monitors construction-industry developments.
  • Property-management prototype. A demo platform lets housing-complex residents submit requests, follow statuses and receive notifications from the management company. It was approved by a test user and is being considered as a standalone product.

The outcome

Document types now have their own structured review paths, and daily context arrives automatically instead of being manually assembled at the start of each day.
