Immediate credibility with defense contractors
Government clients and primes see Air Force heritage and DoD-specific language above the fold. Trust is established before the first scroll.
Two clear funnels: clients and candidates
Contractors looking to place cleared talent and candidates searching for cleared roles each land in a distinct, purpose-built section instead of competing for one page.
Careers drives the candidate pipeline
Fourteen cleared listings carrying clearance level and agency name turn the primary acquisition channel into a structured pipeline for Secret, Top Secret and TS/SCI placements.
Named proof from Fortune 500 primes
CapGemini, Booz Allen Hamilton and General Dynamics, formatted to be scanned. Social proof that lands immediately with government procurement contacts.
The credibility leaks are closed
Duplicated content blocks and a stale CCR reference are gone. Procurement contacts no longer meet signals that the firm is behind the times.
The Challenge
Defense Aerospace Integrators places security-cleared technical personnel into US DoD, federal and intelligence agency contracts. The website carrying that business was an aging WordPress and Avada build.
Five specific gaps:
- A Fusion Builder artifact duplicated entire content sections, adding page weight and undermining credibility with government contacts.
- Positioning was ambiguous: the hero read “Joint Military Integration” while the actual business is security-cleared IT staffing, so clients and candidates had to dig to understand the offering.
- Founder and leadership credentials - Air Force Colonel heritage, a 75th Ranger Regiment veteran, a roughly 40-year recruiting career - sat below the fold with no visual hierarchy.
- Testimonials from CapGemini, Booz Allen Hamilton and General Dynamics were poorly formatted and hard to scan.
- A stale CCR reference, years after SAM.gov replaced it, signalled neglect to procurement contacts, and there was no structured careers section despite 14+ active cleared listings.
What We Built
Credibility first
Cleared staffing stated above the fold
A clean, modern layout that communicates defense-grade trust through bold typography, with the value proposition - cleared IT staffing for DoD, federal and intelligence contracts - and the founder story visible without scrolling.
Leadership
Real credentials, given room
A dedicated section with photos, bios and titles, emphasising Air Force heritage, Ranger Regiment veterans and global reach, with active clients named in the leadership bios.
Careers
A conversion surface, not a list
Cleared listings show role title, clearance level and the agency or program, and a single apply form captures name, email, phone and resume straight into the candidate pipeline.
Technical rebuild
Static build in place of Avada
Fast, lightweight and semantically clean, with the duplicated blocks eliminated and mobile treated as critical for candidates searching from secure government facilities.
