Pre-qualified leads from the first message
Students arrive already knowing the price, the process and their destination. Consultations start at the next step instead of explaining the basics.
Country pages capture destination search
A student searching "study in Poland from Kazakhstan" lands on EEC's dedicated Poland page rather than a competitor's generic homepage.
Transparent pricing removes the top objection
Publishing service prices upfront eliminates the biggest friction point in the first consultation. Competitors hide both price and process.
The FAQ ends repetitive advisor email
Twenty structured answers cover what consultants were retyping every day, freeing them for the conversations that actually convert.
The Challenge
European Education Center provides full-cycle support for students from Kazakhstan applying to universities in Poland, Italy and the Czech Republic: program selection, document preparation, visa support, housing and first-days logistics.
The admissions journey is complex, and the families making the decision are anxious buyers comparing several agencies at once. Four specific gaps:
- Visa requirements, document nostrification, housing and insurance all had to be understood before a student would commit, and a single unclear page cost EEC qualified applicants.
- Pricing was opaque, which drove a high volume of inquiries asking questions the website should have answered.
- With no structured FAQ, consultants spent their days answering the same questions by email instead of advising.
- Local competitors offered similar services with little differentiation, so EEC needed to stand out on transparency and completeness of support.
What We Built
Visible pricing
Twelve services with prices in EUR
Six primary services and six secondary ones, from nostrification to emergency support, each priced without scheduling a call. Cards answer what's included, what it costs and what happens next.
Destination first
Poland, Italy, Czech Republic
A dedicated page per country with university lists, program options and country-specific requirements. Students self-select a destination before entering the funnel, so advisors get better-qualified leads.
Process transparency
A timeline that removes the anxiety
The admissions timeline runs visually across the homepage, from document preparation through enrollment, and a "what to expect" section removes the fear of the unknown for a family making a major financial decision.
Lead capture
Context collected before the call
The inquiry form captures destination, program preference and timeline, so every lead is pre-qualified before an advisor picks up the conversation.
