Enrollment before opening
Parents book trial classes before the center's full 2026 launch. Genius Minds opens with groups already filled.
Three funnels for three programs
A parent with a chess-playing child and a parent with a Minecraft fan each land on their own page. Higher conversion in every funnel.
WhatsApp drives fast inquiries
Parents in Dubai prefer WhatsApp over forms. A direct channel means more leads that don't get lost.
4.9 and "500 students" sell trust
Numbers above the fold speed up the decision. Parents choose a place for their child based on other parents' experiences.
Premium positioning
The site looks like an international education platform. Expat community parents choose Genius Minds as the premium option.
The Challenge
Genius Minds is a premium STEAM education center for children aged 5–16+ in Dubai: robotics (LEGO, MatataStudio), coding (Python, Minecraft, Roblox), and chess with certified coaches. Opening in 2026.
Three specific gaps:
- Dubai’s children’s education market is saturated — differentiation from generic activity centers needed to happen in the first 5 seconds.
- The center wasn’t open yet — they needed to collect leads and a waitlist before launch.
- Three programs for different age groups needed to be clearly separated so a parent of an 8-year-old immediately finds what’s relevant.
What We Built
Three programs
Robotics, coding, chess
