The Challenge
GeoProGlobal provides engineering geodesy, land management, cadastral services, and geotechnical surveys. Based in Aktau (Mangystau region), operating across Kazakhstan. Clients include oil & gas, construction, industrial infrastructure, and the public sector.
The old site at geoproglobal.kz did not reflect the company’s level. Three specific gaps:
- A KazMunaiGas client couldn’t understand what the company could do for their specific project — the service list had no structure.
- There was no clear “24-hour preliminary estimate” form — the key competitive advantage.
- The site ranked poorly in Google for local queries — clients found competitors first.
