Results

The independent broker advantage is unmissable

"We compare 20+ insurers" is the first line every visitor reads. The difference from a direct insurer is clear before the first scroll.

English-speaking expats served equally

KAMO is one of the few Polish brokers with a complete English-language site, which captures a growing audience most local competitors ignore.

Process transparency removes the top objection

A three-step "how it works" flow answers "what happens after I submit a form?" - the most common reason visitors leave insurance sites without converting.

Regulatory trust signals in the right place

KNF registration and broker license details sit in the footer, so first-time visitors researching legitimacy find proof without having to ask.

The Challenge

KAMO Insurance is an independent broker for personal and business cover in Poland, serving Polish-speaking clients and the international community. Five specific gaps:

  • The independent broker advantage - “we compare all insurers, not just one” - was not on the existing site, so visitors could not tell KAMO from a direct insurer.
  • Poland’s growing international community needs English-language insurance guidance, and most local brokers are Polish-only. KAMO was missing that audience entirely.
  • Insurance is a low-trust category. Visitors need social proof, a transparent process and an easy way to get in touch before they submit personal and financial data.
  • The product portfolio (health, auto, life, property, business) was a flat list with no guidance on which cover fits which situation.
  • There was no clear conversion path. Visitors from search were not guided toward an inquiry form or a consultation.

What We Built

Positioning

The independent broker advantage, above the fold

"We compare 20+ insurers so you don't have to" is the hero line. A three-step process and an explicit note that KAMO earns from insurers, not clients, sit immediately underneath.

PL / EN

Full bilingual parity

Equal content in Polish and English. The English version is written for expats: documentation, English-speaking advisors, cross-border cover. The language toggle keeps context on every page.

Products

Framed around client situations

Cover is organized as "Starting a business?", "Moving to Poland?", "Protecting your family?". Each product page answers what is covered, what is excluded, and what it typically costs, with relevant cross-sell.

Trust

Partners, reviews, license details

Named insurer logos show the market KAMO can access. Reviews are structured as situation, outcome and name. KNF registration and broker license numbers sit in the footer.
