Results

Waitlist live from day one

Early customers and investors enter the pipeline immediately — no waiting for "when we're ready." A direct sales channel from the first day.

Two funnels — two lead streams

The site converts visitors from beauty and fashion simultaneously — each audience sees their own pain points. Higher conversion on both.

Real numbers above the fold

"98% accuracy, +8.4% margin, 11 hours saved per week" — the language a retail owner understands. No lengthy explanations about artificial intelligence.

Ready for international markets

English and Russian versions — Kwanta can expand to Poland, UAE, and other markets without rebuilding the site.

Looks like a serious enterprise product

On par with major international platforms — an investor or a 50+ store chain owner perceives Kwanta as a credible option, not a local startup.

The Challenge

Kwanta is an AI platform for retail chains in beauty and fashion: demand forecasting, purchasing automation, assortment management, and promo. Operating in Kazakhstan and Poland.

The task was complex: explain a technology product so that a perfumery chain owner instantly understands the benefit — without diving into AI and algorithms. And do it for two audiences at once: beauty chains and fashion brands.

Four specific gaps:

  • Chain owners didn’t understand what the platform actually does or what it’s worth in money.
  • Competitors in the market are larger — the site needed to look credible from the first second.
  • A waitlist was needed to collect early customers before the full launch.
  • No proof — without real numbers from pilots, customers don’t believe the claims.

What We Built

Clear product narrative

Pain → solution → benefit

"Your pain → our solution → your gain" instead of technical descriptions. Each platform "agent" explained through a business outcome, not through technology.

Two funnels

Beauty and fashion — separate pages

A perfumery owner sees promo and seasonality; a fashion brand owner sees size grids and stock levels. Each audience reads about themselves.

Waitlist system

Interest → pilot path designed

"Sign up" button on every page. Business size filter for chains of 3+ stores. Smooth journey: waitlist → conversation → pilot.

Social proof
