Results

The standing to work with enterprise and government

The site stands on par with the sites of major integrators. An airport or a bank sees SKYMAX as an equal player in a tender, not a small subcontractor.

Five divisions - five sales funnels

Client only needs LED screens? They land on SKYMAX Media. IT security? SKYMAX Integrations. Each stream of traffic reaches its own targeted offer.

Local contacts in 8 countries

A client in Bishkek or Tbilisi immediately sees a local office and phone number in their own country - no need to go through the head office in Almaty.

A Kazakh version for government tenders

Government clients in Kazakhstan increasingly require documents and communication in Kazakh. A full Kazakh version of the site is a point toward winning the tender.

550+ projects = proof of experience

Cases for airports, stadiums and banks build trust from the first seconds - a prospective client sees specific sites instead of general phrases.

Certifications as a filter at the door

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and a Cat. I license placed front and center. For major tenders this is a mandatory filter - without these marks you don't reach negotiations.

The Challenge

SKYMAX Technologies is a systems integrator for critical infrastructure, operating since 2002: IT security, smart buildings, LED screens and broadcasting, equipment supply. Eight offices across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Georgia, Tajikistan and Ukraine. Clients are airports, sports venues, banks, the public sector and oil and gas.

Four specific gaps:

  • The complex structure of 5 divisions wasn’t laid out - clients didn’t realize they could take just part of the services without the full package.
  • There was no showcase of the 550+ projects and key references - the main proof of experience in tenders.
  • Eight offices in different countries, and the client couldn’t see local contacts in their own country.
  • Kazakh-speaking government clients weren’t getting content in their language.

What We Built

Enterprise design

The level of major international integrators

A clean, businesslike design with partner logos (Philips, ThyssenKrupp, Vaisala) and emphasis on experience since 2002. ISO 9001 and the Cat. I license in prominent places.

Five divisions

Innovations, Integrations, Media, Projects, Trade

A separate page for each division. The client immediately sees they can take only LED screens or only IT security - without the full package.

Cases by industry

Airports, sports venues, banks, oil and gas

Each case is a specific site with photos. A new client from the sports sector immediately sees that SKYMAX has already worked with similar venues.

Two languages

Russian and Kazakh

A full translation into both languages with correct indexing. Government clients get content in Kazakh - an important factor in tenders.

Site Performance
