Team Innovate Global - a culture consulting site that translates methodology into business outcomes

A rebuild for a leadership consultancy selling something intangible. Quantified outcomes reach a CFO before any service description, case studies move out of the navigation and onto the homepage, and an insights section carries prospects through a months-long evaluation.

Results

Culture translated into business language

CFOs and CHROs see engagement, retention and pipeline numbers before they see a service description. The ROI case is made before the sales call.

Case studies drive inbound qualification

Prospects who read a case study arrive at the first call already sold on the methodology, which shortens the discovery cycle.

The voice matches the practice

Warm, direct and jargon-free. Clients feel like they are talking to the consultants rather than reading a brochure.

A nurture path for long buying cycles

The insights section keeps TIG visible across a three to six month evaluation, so prospects come back to the site before the final decision.

The Challenge

Team Innovate Global works on organizational culture transformation and leadership development, closing the gap between a company’s strategy and the day-to-day behavior that delivers it.

That is a hard thing to sell from a website. Five specific gaps:

  • Culture consulting is intangible, and “culture transformation” means nothing to a skeptical CFO reviewing the budget, so the site had to translate methodology into measurable business outcomes.
  • The existing site used generic consulting language - “we help teams perform better” - which failed to separate TIG from hundreds of similar firms.
  • The case studies, TIG’s strongest proof, sat behind a navigation click that most visitors never made.
  • The buying journey spans months and multiple stakeholders, so the site had to nurture rather than only pitch.
  • The genuine differentiator, being behavior-first rather than strategy-deck-first, was a claim with no evidence attached.

What We Built

Outcome first

Numbers before services

A hero line about closing the gap between strategy and behavior that a CFO can read in five seconds, followed by a "what culture makes possible" stats band and a trust bar of named clients.

Methodology

Behavior-first, made tangible

A "why TIG" section explains the approach with concrete examples, three service pillars each anchor a specific named outcome, and the engagement process is walked through step by step.

Case studies

Surfaced, not buried

Preview cards sit on the homepage, each case structured as business problem, what TIG did, measurable result. Clients are named where permitted and framed anonymously where NDAs require.

Long-cycle nurture

Insights and a lower-commitment CTA

Thought leadership brings CHROs and CLOs in from search and keeps them reading, while "Let's Talk" replaces "Contact Us" to lower the psychological commitment of the first step.
